Have you – or someone you know – had to delay seeing a GP, specialist, dentist or other health care provider because of cost? We want to know your story!
Health Consumers NSW, in partnership with the NSW Council of Social Service, want to find out more about people’s experience of the cost of health care in NSW. We would love for you to tell us your story. Why do we want your story? We will use some of your stories to bring a report about health care costs in NSW to live. Telling real people’s stories will make the problem more relatable than data can. But don’t worry! We will not publish people's names or identifying details.
What's in it for me? If your story is chosen to illustrate recommendations in the report, you will receive a $100 gift card. And you help policymakers better understand the problems around health care cost in NSW.
How do I tell my story? Simply complete the survey which should take around five minutes. Please make sure you leave your email address so we can contact you about your story and the gift card.
