Telehealth consultations: What do you think?

Since COVID-19 there has been a big change to the availability of telehealth for many medical consultations. These changes are temporary to allow more people to get the health care they need without leaving home.

What do you as patients and carers think about the changes? What has been working well? What could be improved and - importantly - do you want these telehealth options to be made permanent? You may also have suggestions for how to make telehealth more effective for yourself and your loved ones?
